Yes. The Spa Space® pool is designed, manufactured, and sold directly by us, without dealers or intermediaries. This is because:

• The pools are not standard
• They are not mold-based products
• Each Spa Space® pool is custom-made, one by one
• Each Spa Space® pool is tested on-site

Each Spa Space® pool is fully customizable.

The price is defined by the local technician, who verifies with the client:

• Desired configuration
• Feasibility of access and installation (as it is a non-dismantlable monoblock)
• Installation conditions

The price includes installation, testing, and commissioning carried out directly by specialized Spa Space® technicians.

Delivery times vary depending on the period. Normally, they are 30–40 working days from order confirmation and receipt of the deposit, depending on the level of customization.

For orders placed from March to July, delivery times may increase by approximately 30 days.

The Spa Space® pool is a patented, one-of-a-kind product because:

• It does not use molds
• It features a rigid internal shell made of white polypropylene, custom welded
• It allows customized internal integration of loungers, benches, and steps
• The exterior is made of moldable EPS and can be customized with:
  • RAL color of choice included in the price
  • Or prepared for alternative claddings such as:

Yes. Each Spa Space® pool is designed to perfectly fit the available space and architectural context, with virtually unlimited internal and external customization options.

The only limitation concerns transportation by truck or crane truck:

• Maximum water surface size: approx. 2 x 6/7 meters
• Including the perimeter edge, the maximum total width is 2.44 m, compatible with standard trucks
• Larger sizes (e.g., 2.5 x 6/7 m water surface) require road route verification

The standard height is 85 cm, including perimeter cushions, designed for ergonomic comfort and proper system operation.

Yes. The Spa Space® pool can be partially recessed up to about 35 cm, reducing the external height to approximately 50 cm.
The degree of recessing is defined with the technical office, which provides precise instructions for preparing the technical compartment.

The water level is approximately 55 cm, determined by:

• Internal shell height of 65 cm
• A 10 cm reduction due to the skimmer

For a seated person, the water generally reaches the shoulders, with the head resting on the soft perimeter cushions.

Yes. It is possible to reach up to 90 cm, but comfortable seating will no longer be possible—you will be kneeling or standing.
Alternatively, internal loungers or benches can be raised to allow proper support, based on the user’s height and verified through computer models during the design phase.

Yes, provided that the slab has a minimum load-bearing capacity of 600 kg/m², considering a 55 cm water level and comfortable use.

You can:

• Lower the water level through simulations performed with our technical office
• Appoint a structural engineer to assess and carry out reinforcements

The internal shell is made of UV-stabilized polypropylene, from 8 mm thermo-welded sheets, not mold-made. This allows maximum internal customization with loungers, benches, and steps.

No. It is supplied only in white to prevent oxidation, discoloration, or staining caused by chlorine, UV rays, or chemical products. The surface is protected by a double anti-UV treatment.

The external structure and furnishings are made of high-density EPS, coated with mesh and multiple layers of cementitious skim coat for a textured, material finish.

Yes. As standard, it is painted in any RAL color.
Upon request and agreement with the technical office, it can be prepared for cladding in teak wood, WPC, or technical ceramic.

Yes. The entire production cycle—from design to manufacturing and testing—takes place at our Vazzola (Treviso) headquarters, ensuring quality, control, and the enhancement of Italian craftsmanship.

Yes, they are included in the price. Functions:

• Ergonomic headrest
• Safety protection in case of impacts or falls

• Made of marine-grade eco-leather, suitable for outdoor use and chlorine exposure
• Wide range of colors available
• Optional: matching cushions for benches and mattresses for external loungers

Yes, removable single black cushions are available and can be freely positioned on the edge.

The Spa Space® pool uses a skimmer with a cartridge filter and a circulation pump. Automatic filtration cycles run throughout the day.
On request, an overflow version is also available.

Sanitizing tablets are manually inserted into a dedicated opening in the skimmer wall of Spa Space®pool:

• Chlorine – ideal for precise and rapid disinfection control; more economical but with stronger odor and irritation
• Bromine – recommended for frequent use; less odor and gentler on the skin; works better in hot water
• Active oxygen – perfect for those seeking very natural water, gentle on skin and eyes, but requires more careful dosing and frequent maintenance

The products are evenly distributed during circulation to keep the water clean.
For public or hospitality facilities, sand filters and other compliant solutions can also be installed, to be defined with the technical office.

Electric heating ranges from 3 kW to 5 kW depending on size and requirements.

Yes. The Spa Space® pool can be heated using an electric heat pump, allowing you to maintain the desired water temperature with reduced consumption.
The Spa Space® technician will provide guidance on correct heat pump sizing during the design phase.

Yes. The Spa Space® pool can be equipped with remote control systems.
For example, Smart Connect allows pH, chlorine, and temperature control via smartphone.

Yes. It is a single, fully assembled unit, moved by crane from street level to the installation site.

Yes. The Spa Space® pool can be emptied, but it is important to follow the technical office’s instructions to avoid damage to the shell and systems, as detailed in the user manual.
